Nuvodia Hosts ‘What’s Brewing’ June, Everything You Need to Know

Nuvodia and the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce have partnered to renew the popular community SMB (Small or Medium sized Business) networking event, What’s Brewing. What’s Brewing, hosted in Nuvodia’s Spokane Valley office, provides a forum for local businesses to come together and learn about each other in a fun, social setting.

What’s Brewing brings together the valley community for an evening of networking, presentations, and cold, local brews. Nuvodia is proud to partner with the Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce to promote local business and support Spokane’s economic growth. As an IT leader in the Inland Northwest, Nuvodia is working hard to educate and bring together SMBs on issues of IT management, cybersecurity, and operational efficiency.

At What’s Brewing June, 50 local business owners and employees heard from a leader in the field of student-athlete representation, Nate Brown, on the changing environment of NILs and how the company, Zags Collective, is supporting Gonzaga’s student-athletes. What’s Brewing hosts a different community leader at each event to speak on their business and its role in the Spokane community. This is a great event to promote business growth, learn how local businesses can support each other, and get to know fellow SMB owners in the area.

Kodey DesJardin, Technology Consultant at Nuvodia, describes the role of What’s Brewing in the Spokane community as relationship building. “Hosting the SVCC event is a privilege for Nuvodia. Knowing that we play a role in fostering local relationships to grow the Spokane Valley economy, to help this keep this community strong is what Nuvodia is about,” DesJardin shared.

When asked what he hopes to see in the future of What’s Brewing, Kodey explains that he considers What’s Brewing a great jumping-off point for creating future community events to promote local SMBs and boost networking opportunities in the Spokane Valley area.
